Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or fix whatever the issue with the purchase product is.
To be eligible for a return or refund if approved, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Once Any Sale Has Gone Through and Paid For In Full; We Have A Strict No Fund Policy. Refunds Will Be Considered Only On Exceptional Circumstances Subject To A Thorough Investigation and Will Attract A 20% Cancellation Fee of The Total Amount Paid By The Customer Once Refund Has Been Approved. Repairs on damaged items will be offered to the customer at no additional fee only if the damage is a manufacturer related issue.
You will not be eligible for any refund or repairs in the following circumstances:
- Customer Knew that item was faulty and bought it nevertheless
- Customer Damaged an item by trying to repair it by themselves or getting someone else to
do it - Customer No longer want an item when the product is without any defect
- Customer Rejected a product for personal reasons
- Customer Knew about the product they’re getting by way of digital or physical evidence
- Customer Damaged an item while assembling it
- Customer Failed to report any defects on an item within 7 days of receiving it.
A customer cannot simply return a product because they’ve changed their mind. This is the general rule, and therefore EXCEPTIONAL HOST FURNITURE reserves the full right to allow or decline customers who wishes to return the goods when they’ve changed their minds. This rule also applies when it comes to refund (we reserve the full right to grant or decline such refund request).
In order to avoid disappointment, it is good practice for a customer to read or ask about the Refund and Return Policy of our company before making any purchase to avoid unnecessary problems. The customer is also responsible for the transportation cost to return the faulty item and also the transportation cost for sending it back to the customer after repairs has been completed.
